Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in Long Whatton, Loughborough. As Assistant Branch Manager you will work closely and assist the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the site branch. You will assist the supervision of trade counter and yard-based colleagues. What you’ll be doing as an Assistant Branch Manager: You will oversee and supervise all aspects of branch activity as required and ensure cohesion between on-site internal and external departments to keep the branch fully functional and operating to optimum levels Ensuring all employees adhere to best practices, company policies and guidelines Monitoring overall customer service levels Monitoring and maintaining a safe and secure site at all times Evaluating employee performance and training requirements HR matters and personnel related admin Your Skills: Management or supervisory experience Good literate and numerate ability Proven organisational skills and experience Timber and full Product knowledge Leadership and organisational skills Merchant experience What We Offer: Life assurance cover Access to 24/7 online GP 10% Discount across Harlow Bros.
