Olus Environmental Ltd is seeking an experienced Tractor Driver to operate our modern JCB Fastrac 4220 and 18 tonne silage trailer running compost from our composting facility to local farms. Great for a person who loves driving tractors, but would like to work normal hours.
Key Details:
* Pay: Good rates of pay offered
* Hours: 07:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
* Overtime: Occasional opportunities available paid at time and a half.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Age: 21 and over
* Experience: Previous tractor driving experience with heavy loads.
* Licenses: Clean driving license is a must
* Skills:
* Ideally proficiency in operating shovels and telehandlers for loading purposes, but training will be provided for the right person.
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment, but can work well independently.
Responsibilities:
* Operate the JCB Fastrac 4220 for delivering compost to local farms.
* Ensure safe and efficient operation of the tractor and associated equipment
* Participate in loading activities with shovels and telehandlers when needed.
* Comply with company Health and safety safe methods of work.
* Be prepared to work overtime as needed to meet operational requirements.
