Overview
A leading consultancy is seeking a Senior or Associate-level Chartered Building Surveyor to join its London-based infrastructure team. This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile public and private sector projects in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver full-suite building surveying and contract administration services.
* Manage client relationships and ensure quality delivery across multiple projects.
* Lead pre- and post-contract project management duties using JCT/NEC contracts.
* Support junior surveyors and contribute to APC training and mentoring.
* Undertake professional services including due diligence, defect analysis, and condition surveys.
* Work with internal teams on frameworks, fee proposals, and pipeline development.
What We're Looking For
* MRICS qualified with a degree in Building Surveying.
* Strong consultancy background with project and professional services experience.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* Commercially aware and confident leading project delivery teams.
* Comfortable managing frameworks, fee proposals, and client reporting.
* Proficient in MS Office; awareness of BIM is beneficial.
