* Must have experience of verifying Hospitality Apprenticeships.
* Must possess solid, occupational experience within Hospitality Management, specifically managing Food & Beverage; Housekeeping; Front Office or Conference/Events.
* Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
* Must be flexible with travel if needed.
Role duties;
1. Internal Verification / Quality Assurance of Hospitality Apprenticeships up to Level 4, as well as overseeing the quality assurance of Management and HR Apprenticeships up to Level 7.
2. Develop and nurture your team, carrying out regular performance reviews and ensuring team targets are met and/or/exceeded.
3. Carry out regular observations of activity, sharing best practice and ongoing support to include one to ones and reviews.
