Pay: £150 – £220 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions)

A welcoming primary school in Horley is seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to provide part-time, long-term cover. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher, or a confident ECT, who is ready to bring energy, structure, and creativity to a lower KS2 classroom.
You will be teaching a lively and enthusiastic Year 3 class, delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum and working closely with colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency for pupils.
Responsibilities
* Lead a Year 3 class with full teaching responsibility.
* Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
* Support a range of abilities to help every child achieve progress.
* Manage behaviour positively and in line with school policies.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and SLT.
* Contribute to planning, staff meetings, and wider school life.
What We’re Looking For
* A qualified teacher with UK QTS (or equivalent).
* Experience teaching at Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Someone adaptable, able to follow planning, and contribute quickly.
* Enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine passion for teaching.
