Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Cyber Security @ Bridewell
Who are we looking for? Bridewell has seen extensive growth over the past few years and are looking for ambitious, technical and organised individuals who are passionate about Cyber Security and are keen to continue to develop and grow with us. We are looking for an experienced Security Operations professional with strong knowledge of both the Microsoft Security stack and Splunk, who enjoys the pace of managed security services and can collaborate with customers and their suppliers to lead and evolve Security Operations capabilities. Ideally you will have at least 4 years' experience working within Cyber Security, both within a Security Operations Centre and elsewhere within the wider operational sphere. Demonstrable experience with both customer and stakeholder management is a must, coupled with a versatility of thought and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing requirements of this role.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
* Fully manage the technical relationship between a customer and their managed security service provided by Bridewell.
* Take ownership for technical queries, escalations, projects and improvements; continuously maintain and grow the service offered to customers.
* Combine deep technical knowledge with a people-focused approach.
* Promote cross-team collaboration, thought leadership and continue to demonstrate expertise to customers.
* Diagnose and solve critical customer security problems including incidents and project blockers.
* Support complex threat hunts tailored to intelligence-led threats.
* Quality assure all items related to your customer provided by our service.
* Provide oversight of all major incidents and RCAs.
* Drive high-quality automation to decrease incident dwell time and reduce manual analyst activities.
* Design and drive content development strategies and internal projects to innovate the service offering.
* Provide technical oversight of all customer onboarding technical documentation.

Location and Requirements
Location: Bridewell operates a hybrid and flexible working policy, however you will be required to travel to different sites on occasion.
Security clearance: To be eligible for this job you must either hold SC or be eligible and willing to go through security clearance.
