This Application Service Manager based near Birmingham should have experience of most of the below:
* At least three years’ experience in software and vendor management (apps, ERP’s, CRM, WMS, etc)
* Proven track record in managing & optimizing business applications systems from cradle to grave (ideally at a group level)
* Solid software asset management skills
* Business process improvement skills
* Strong vendor and supplier management
* Understanding of ITIL would be useful
* Experience working in a regulated environment would be a real plus
* A positive can-do attitude with the ability to take the lead on projects
* Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communications
