SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER (ON VILLAGE) (fixed-term)
Up to £59,000 per annum dependent upon experience, plus 18% bonus scheme.
About the Role
This is a fixed‑term contract until 1st October 2027. You will lead the development, management and delivery of on‑village marketing activity across all divisions, ensuring consistency with the premium Center Parcs brand.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
* Develop and execute on‑village brand strategies and campaigns.
* Collaborate with specialist marketing teams, commercial teams, village operations and external agencies.
* Act as a key contact for business partners and manage channel relationships.
* Drive creative development for retail products and seasonal offerings.
* Ensure all activity aligns with brand strategy and supports commercial KPIs.
Hours of Work
150 hours per 4‑week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9a.m.–5p.m., Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times between 7a.m. and 7p.m. The role is hybrid, requiring two days in the office and frequent travel to villages in the UK and Ireland; overnight stays may be required.
About You – Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months.
* Degree‑level qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field.
* Substantial marketing experience in a client‑side or agency environment.
* Previous experience as a Marketing Manager with line‑management responsibility.
* Proven brand management and multi‑channel communications experience.
* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent project and stakeholder management ability.
* High attention to detail and creative judgment.
* Strong numerical and analytical capability.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.
Desirable Requirements
* Experience in leisure, tourism, hospitality or retail marketing.
* Experience in brand development.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and customer lifecycle marketing.
* Experience managing creative briefing and design processes.
