The role
Will involve great organisation, resilience, enthusiasm, and determination to ensure that the in-store customer experience is consistently excellent and the store represents the AllSaints brand in the most exciting way possible.
Leadership of the team of stylists will be a key part of your role, coaching and supporting team members with motivation to succeed and deliver sales targets, as well as providing exceptional service that makes our customers feel amazing.
What will I be doing?
1. The majority of your day will be spent on our busy shop floor trading with our stylist teams and ensuring all processes run smoothly, as well as ensuring customers receive the best experience in store.
2. You will oversee and support stylist team members with customer queries via our online customer service system.
3. You will work with our customer experience team leaders to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support.
4. You’ll be an ambassador for our product, inspiring both in-store and online customers and your team.
5. Ensure our product is showcased well, following guidelines and prominently displaying best-sellers for the best brand experience.
6. Accountable for daily store operations and team deployment, supporting your stylists and developing your business acumen.
7. Work with management to exceed store targets and KPIs.
8. Manage people matters such as return-to-work interviews, investigations, and performance reviews.
9. Create and implement floor plans and rotas to set up the store for success each day.

About the location
Our standalone store in George Street, Edinburgh, trades from 10:00am to 7:00pm (seasonal changes may apply). It’s a vibrant, close-knit team in the heart of the city, about a 10-minute journey from Edinburgh Waverley station.
