Job Opportunity: Clinical Team Educator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for staff seeking career progression to become a Clinical Team Educator in the North North area of SCAS, covering Stoke Mandeville and Milton Keynes Resource Centres.

The Clinical Team Educator plays a pivotal role in developing the area's operational staff of all grades and visiting students. Responsibilities include clinical supervision, professional development, and collaboration with the Education Department. You will be part of the area management team, promoting core values: Team Working, Caring, Innovation, and Professionalism.
Candidates who pass the interview but do not secure the position will be placed on a reserve list for 6 months. If a vacancy arises and is approved via Trac, candidates on the reserve list may be offered the role.
Those who meet some criteria may be offered a secondment for up to six months to demonstrate suitability before a permanent appointment.
Main Duties
* Qualified as an HCPC Registered Paramedic / NMC Nurse, working at Band 6 level.
* Team player, responsible, confident decision-maker, passionate about staff development and maintaining high standards.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Competent in basic IT, logical thinking, problem-solving, assessment, and report writing.
* Motivational and supportive of others.

Induction
