Company Overview
CPI Mortars pioneered the UK's dry mortar industry in the late 1990s, building the first dry mortar plant. As a market leader, we operate nine EuroMix manufacturing plants across the UK, supplying major construction projects with dry mortars, renders, plasters, and concretes.
We also run a state-of-the-art bagging operation at Carlton Manufacturing, providing ready-to-use concrete, mortar, and fence post mixes to merchants and contractors.

Job Description
This role offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain diverse experience within our Finance Team at our head office. We welcome candidates with personal or transferable skills, even if they do not meet all listed requirements. The position is permanent and full-time, with standard hours of 9-5, Monday to Friday, with flexibility and reduced hours considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing invoices and credit notes for a multi-million-pound purchase ledger
* Performing daily banking reconciliations
* Executing fortnightly BACS payment runs and ad hoc foreign currency or GBP payments
* Supporting other team functions, such as Sales Invoicing
* Assisting with internal and external audit requests
* Facilitating communication between departments, especially manufacturing sites
* Booking flights and car hires
* Performing various ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks
