Strategic Design Consultant
Scope of Support
The Consultant Will Be Expected To
Design and facilitate workshops to gather input and align stakeholders
Capture and synthesise feedback into clear, actionable insights
Draft strategic papers, frameworks, and artefacts (e.g. RACIs, learner journeys)
Support the development of the future operating model across People, Process, and Technology
Help articulate a compelling narrative that simplifies complex data processes and lineages for a range of audiences
Key Skills And Experience
We are looking for a consultant with:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to simplify and structure complex information
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working in strategy development, operating model design, and/or learner journey mapping (desirable but not essential)
