Impact Futures is seeking a passionate and ambitious Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner to join our Canada Water nursery as a Room Leader. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills while working in a nurturing environment. You will lead daily operations, support children's development, and mentor other practitioners.
