Role Summary: Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor to join a dynamic and experienced team. This role offers a strong mix of project and professional work, with the opportunity to work closely with key clients, contribute to business growth, and progress into more senior roles. Responsibilities: Lead and develop detailed project briefs with clients and senior stakeholders Build and maintain strong client relationships Support business development activities Prepare designs, specifications, and tender documentation Administer JCT building contracts and ensure compliance Undertake professional surveying duties including condition surveys, defect analysis, dilapidations, and party wall matters Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal/external stakeholders Support project budgeting and financial control Mentor and support junior team members Essential Skills & Experience: MRICS Chartered status (preferred) or working towards Experience across commercial, retail, or educational properties Strong Microsoft Office skills Competent in AutoCAD and/or REVIT (training can be provided) Familiarity with NBS Chorus Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Strong communication skills and commercial awareness Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience managing or mentoring team members Exposure to complex property portfolios Knowledge of property or facilities management If you are a motivated Building Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career within a growing consultancy, we encourage you to apply and be part of a forward-thinking team.
