A little more about the role
As part of our team, you’ll be ensuring that all visitors to our main site on Hedon Road have a great first impression of Willerby, by ensuring a professional and customer focused reception service.
The role is varied as you will also provide administration support to colleagues across the business.
Working hours
This is a part-time role working Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (29.5 hours per week).
The condensed working hours for the role in line with our production schedules mean that you can start your weekend early with a shorter working day on Fridays.
Key responsibilities
1. Meeting and greeting visitors to reception, ensuring that all Health & Safety procedures are followed
2. Managing our switchboard with both internal and external callers
3. Coordinate inbound and outgoing mail and other deliveries
4. Administration support for across all business areas, from meeting room bookings to managing company cars.
5. Fire Marshall and First Aid responsibilities to cover the office environment
About You
6. Previous experience of working in customer focussed reception environment
7. Experienced user of switchboard systems
8. Proven administration experience
9. A good level of IT skills including Microsoft Office and Google Documents
10. Excellent communication skills
11. A flexible approach to work
