This growing, forward-thinking practice is looking for a Client Manager to play a key role in its next phase of growth. You'll work closely with the Director in a collaborative, high-trust environment, combining technical expertise with a genuinely relationship-driven approach. With a strong focus on advisory, automation and long-term client partnerships, this is an opportunity to step into a visible, influential role, shaping client outcomes, supporting the team and progressing towards portfolio ownership and leadership.

Package
Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working (3–4 days in the office, typically remote Fridays)

The Role
Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients
Review statutory accounts, management accounts and tax work
Provide practical advice across personal and corporate tax
Lead client meetings and build long-term relationships
Support and mentor junior team members
About You
ACA or ACCA qualified, or significant UK practice experience
Strong background in accountancy practice
Experience with year-end accounts and UK tax
Confident reviewing work and maintaining quality standards
Ambitious and motivated by progression
Strong XERO knowledge.
