In this hands-on role, you'll be at the heart of our finance operations, ensuring everything from invoices to cash flow runs smoothly - all while learning from and supporting senior finance colleagues.
What you'll do:
1. Process purchase & sales ledger invoices and payments accurately
2. Reconcile bank accounts daily and monitor cash flow
3. Manage expenses, card transactions, and receipts
4. Chase outstanding payments and reduce aged debt
5. Raise invoices and run payment cycles efficiently
6. Support month-end and year-end reporting
7. Keep records up-to-date in Sage 200
8. Handle queries from colleagues and external partners with confidence
