Proposal Coordinator

Growth
and
Business Excellence
teams, supporting the end-to-end proposal process and helping to deliver submissions that truly stand out. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-driven, organised, and enjoys bringing ideas to life through words, visuals, and storytelling. Type of contract:
Full-time, Permanent Hours:
Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (flexible start/finish times) Location:
Head Office – 20 Red Lion Street (minimum 3 days per week) Salary:

Coordinate and complete
RFI/RFP and PQQ submissions, tailoring responses to reflect each client’s needs and brand.
Support
bid kick-off meetings, manage timelines, and ensure all deadlines and quality standards are met.
Develop compelling written content that showcases Rapport’s warmth, innovation, and service excellence.
Collaborate with design, operations, and subject matter experts to produce engaging, client-focused proposals.
Maintain and update a
library of case studies, testimonials, and best practice examples
to strengthen future bids.
Assist in the creation of
presentations and marketing materials
for client meetings and events.
Track opportunities, maintain reporting systems, and support process improvement initiatives.
Contribute to internal communications by sharing updates and celebrating successes across the wider team.
