Key Responsibilities
* Lead mechanical design elements across multiple building services projects
* Deliver high-quality technical designs to RIBA Stages 1-4
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
* Ensure designs meet relevant regulations, including healthcare-specific requirements
What They're Looking For
* Proven track record as a Mechanical Design Engineer within a building services consultancy
* Experience across healthcare, residential, or industrial projects
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations, with an advantage if familiar with healthcare guidelines (HTM, HBN)
* Ability to take a brief, work independently, and deliver to deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
