Quotation Manager About the Role We are working with a growing and well-established facilities services company who are looking to appoint an experienced Quotation Manager to join their team in Birmingham. This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing the end-to-end quotation process and ensuring accurate, competitive and timely pricing across plumbing, heating and electrical works. You will be office based and will oversee a small team, ensure high standards of service delivery and supporting business growth through effective quotation management. Job Title: Quotation Manager Location: Birmingham Office Based Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Plus Bonus Hours: 40 hours per week Full Time Key Responsibilities Managing the full quotation process from initial enquiry through to submission Preparing accurate and competitive quotes across plumbing, heating and electrical works Reviewing specifications, drawings and job requirements to ensure correct pricing Leading, managing and supporting a team of two Liaising with engineers, suppliers and internal departments to gather required information Monitoring turnaround times and ensuring deadlines are consistently met Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency Supporting senior management with reporting and pricing insights About You Strong background in plumbing, heating and electrical services is essential Previous experience managing or supervising a team Excellent attention to detail and strong commercial awareness Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple teams Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple quotations at once Comfortable working in a fast paced office environment Whats on Offer Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience Full time permanent position 40 hour working week Career development and progression opportunities Benefits Company events Company pension Discounted or free food Employee discount Free parking On-site parking Referral programme Store discount Wellness programme
