LH-Recruitment are recruiting for our good client in Accrington within this position you are working as part of a team reporting to the Supply Chain Manager we are looking to recruit a Direct Home Delivery Administrator within this role you will are to book goods in and confirms deliveries once are client have received proof that the goods have been delivered.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Booking in goods and confirming deliveries though (our clients in house EPOS System)
Management of stock movements and processing stock through the returns system in and out of our 3rd party's warehouse and monitoring of stock currently sat in these warehouses.
Monitoring of outstanding PO's by age and supplier.
Organising of and keeping up to date with the collection of goods outstanding
Monitoring and constant liaison (through Portals or e-mail) with HDI provider to ensure that goods are not manufactured before sufficient balance is paid on the order.
Take phone calls from internal suppliers
Liaising with various areas of the business
Filing and other administrative duties.
Monitor and action order cancellations and change of address requests for DHD orders in a timely manner.

Enthusiastic, keen to be work as part of a team.
Numerate.
Personable
Essential Skills:
IT literate with some knowledge of a financial accounting package.
Good-Advanced with Microsoft including Excel/Word/Outlook
Used to dealing with queries from 3rd parties.
Methodical and organised with an eye for detail.
Able to use their own initiative, be self-driven and manage their own workload.
Based in Accrington our client are offering a Salary £ this is a 6 months contract. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 37.5 hours 9 until 5 with 30 minutes Lunch.
