We have a fantastic opportunity for a Leisure Activities Manager at Warner Hotels.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As a Leisure Activities Manager, you will effectively manage the leisure team members and strive to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring the smooth running of the pools and leisure activities areas within the role's responsibilities.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
1. Enthusiastic and inspirational leader who has a genuine passion for leisure.
2. Able to develop and motivate team members by identifying training needs and providing support to the team.
3. A great communicator who can engender teamwork and efficiency.
4. Able to confidently deal with member and guest concerns with the ability to resolve problems, showing empathy and understanding, continually looking to improve.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
1. Self-motivated and works well under pressure.
2. Previous supervisory experience.
3. Excellent customer care skills.
4. Level 3 Pool plant operations qualification an advantage but not essential as full training is available.
