Account Executive Analyst

Purpose of the job
As the Account Executive Analyst, you will work closely with the Client Services and Data Governance teams to manage and deliver campaign allocations and data services efficiently, accurately, and on time. Your responsibilities include creating and delivering retail campaign allocations, managing store data, and providing analytical support. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with campaign managers, data analysts, and client stakeholders at all levels, championing and delivering all allocation and campaign data solutions.
Regarding retail allocations, you will stay in contact with the Client Services Team and client, taking ownership of the end-to-end allocation process and developing it further. You will also maintain store-level data and data structures, helping to evolve current systems and future data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical input and support the allocation creation process
2. Interpret client requirements and apply them to the allocation process
3. Provide solutions and innovate where possible
4. Produce accurate allocations and supporting documentation for internal and external clients
5. Maintain store-level data using our proprietary software
6. Deliver high-quality customer service
7. Monitor projects to ensure they meet specifications and deadlines
8. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy
9. Maintain a thorough understanding of HH Global’s services and collaborate with internal departments to optimize processes and solutions
10. Own processes and procedures to uphold data governance and integrity
11. Work as part of a team and independently to deliver contractual requirements, including preparing presentations, analysis, and reports
12. Meet or exceed contracted SLAs
13. Manage objectives aligned with key business drivers
14. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
15. Monitor customer satisfaction and take appropriate actions
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
1. Experience working within a contracted environment with strict SLAs and KPIs
2. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage and lead projects with stakeholders
3. Previous experience in retail, data solutions, store allocations, or related understanding
4. Good knowledge of retail processes and store allocations
5. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver and exceed expectations
6. Strong database skills and analytical understanding
7. Confidence in data processing
8. Excellent time management and prioritization skills
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, maintaining professionalism and a good sense of humor
10. Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
11. Process-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
12. Ability to interpret analysis, insights, and provide recommendations
13. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
14. Experience troubleshooting project issues and implementing preventative measures (preferred)
15. Experience in retail fixtures, displays, POS, or store development (preferred but not essential)
