This role involves supporting them both at home and in the community, including transport to and from school. A driver with access to their own vehicle and appropriate business insurance is therefore essential.He is verbal, bright and very articulate, with a strong personality and clear interests. They can sometimes struggle with motivation and benefit from encouragement and positive role modelling.
