Do you thrive on keeping things organised, supporting teams, and helping projects run like clockwork? Love the idea of shaping processes and playing a key role in smooth, successful delivery?
At Cloud9 Insight, we’re looking for a proactive, experienced Project Manager to lead client delivery with precision and care. Our Project Manager will be someone who is a team player, who strongly aligns with our core values: Dependability, Loveability, Curiosity and Positivity. You’ll be central to how we plan, manage, and deliver our Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects—keeping stakeholders aligned, teams empowered, and outcomes consistently excellent.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s ready to own delivery from start to finish, bring structure to complexity, and help scale best practices in a growing business.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the planning and delivery of multiple client projects, from kick-off to handover, ensuring milestones, budgets, and timelines are met.
* Own the full project lifecycle, managing scope, dependencies, risks, and change controls with clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between consultants, developers, and client stakeholders—keeping everyone clear, motivated, and on track.
* Create and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring visibility and accountability across workstreams.
* Lead project meetings—from sprint planning and daily stand-ups to client check-ins and steering reviews.
* Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, and take the lead in resolving issues before they impact delivery.
* Drive continuous improvement—shaping internal project delivery processes, reporting, and governance alongside the Head of PMO.
* Support resource planning and capacity management, helping optimise how our team is deployed and where we can scale.
* Build strong client relationships, delivering regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
* Champion project excellence, using tools like Synergist and Power BI to track performance and share real-time insights.
* Support internal and client reporting.
* Support scheduling and capacity management planning.
What You’ll Bring
* A proactive, get-things-done mindset, you’re always one step ahead.
* Commercial and legal acumen
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep multiple workstreams moving forward. Meticulous attention to detail.
* Great communication: clear, professional, people-first.
* Confidence using project tools (or the drive to learn them quickly).
* Experience as a project manager.
* A calm, solutions-focused mindset, even when things get busy.
* The ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
* Agile, PRINCE2, or tools like Synergist—but these aren’t deal-breakers.
