We are looking for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal independent practice in Runcorn, Cheshire.
This role is part time for 2 days per week on Wednesdays and Fridays, along with 1 in 4 Saturdays and 1 in 12 Sundays. The Sunday shifts and the bank holiday rota will be based at a branch practice in Warrington.
You will be confident in surgery, consultations, medicine and working sole charge, as this will be required on occasion.
This is an established busy practice which is fully equipped offering a wide range of modern veterinary services and facilities.
The practice is committed and passionate forward-thinking practice continually ensuring that a high standard of veterinary care is provided along with good client relationships. They all share the caring ethos regarding both clients and pets. They also share the importance of a creating a happy working environment and ensure there is always harmony and happiness within the team. The practice has a very family and village culture feel and all the team work well together and embrace all aspects of the role. They regularly have team discussions looking at ways they can progress, and they share case discussions and best practice thus offering opportunities to develop skills and knowledge. They would be looking for a Vet to share this practice culture also.

* Consultations: 15 minutes

Package:
* Salary: Up to £70,000 pro rata, commensurate to experience
