Junior Logistics Administrator – Basildon, Essex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 (flexibility required)
We are looking for a detail-focused Junior Logistics Administrator to join our busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Proof of Deliveries (PODs): sorting, scanning, sourcing, and uploading
* Communicate with internal teams and external customers (phone and email)
* Support warehouse operations: picking, packing, stock counts, and processing returns
* Input customer orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
* Arrange freight couriers for collections and deliveries
* Maintain and organise company filing
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in an office or administrative role
* Strong attention to detail
* Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Ability to provide a full 5-year history (education/employment) with no gaps – essential for CAA compliance
* Highly organised with good communication skills
* Professional, flexible, and a strong team player
