We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday HCM Analyst to support and enhance a Workday platform, with a strong focus on Recruiting and Reporting.
This is a hands-on role within a BAU environment, responsible for delivering system improvements, maintaining live services, and contributing to ongoing transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring the platform is optimised to meet both operational and strategic business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver enhancements across Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, business processes, and data loads
2. Provide subject matter expertise in Workday Recruiting (requisitions, candidate workflows, offer management)
3. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and recruitment insights
4. Gather and translate business requirements into effective system solutions and technical designs
5. Lead stakeholder workshops and collaborate across HR, IT, and external partners
