Sous Chef - Leatherhead
£18.72 per hour
40 hours per week Monday to Friday term-time only

As such, we're looking for someone with excellent culinary skills and a passion for delivering the best lunch experience for children. You will report directly to the Group Manager on-site.

As our ideal Sous Chef you will:-
* Have excellent craft skills and some bakery skills/experience
* Have a proven track record of continually improving standards
* Be passionate about food with a great eye for detail
* Have comprehensive understanding of managing allergens
* Have the ability to manage the kitchen and train the team to standards required
* Have financial and budget awareness
* Have the ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books
The ideal candidate will also have flexibility to do overtime when assisting at hospitality events in the evenings and at weekends.
