We're partnering exclusively with a leading UK charity on a hands-on technical role that makes a real difference. They're looking for a Data Integration Lead to take ownership of their data systems, build and maintain integrations, and automate data flows that keep critical operations running smoothly. This is a rare chance to work on meaningful technology that directly supports life-changing work.
You'll join a small, collaborative tech and data team, designing and delivering end-to-end solutions across their systems, from APIs and SQL processes to CRM imports and automation. This role is all about solving real-world technical challenges, building sustainable solutions, and ensuring systems 'just work' so colleagues can focus on the mission.

* Strong experience with SQL Server (2016+) for integration and data management
* Solid hands-on C# / .NET skills for APIs, automation, and custom tooling
* Understanding of data flows, system integrations, and automation best practices
* Experience with SSIS or similar ETL tools (desirable, not essential)

Salary: £44,000 - £48,000 per annum
