Your new role This is a 6-month fixed-term Senior Management Accountant role created to support the finance function through a period of investor-related change. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of core management accounting for defined business units across a multi-site estate. Key responsibilities will include: Preparation of monthly management accounts with clear commentary and insight Budgeting and forecasting cycles, including reforecasts and long-range planning Detailed variance analysis and performance tracking across multiple sites Business partnering with operational leaders to support informed decision-making Supporting senior finance leadership with ad hoc analysis and investor-facing requirements Contributing to continuous improvement of reporting, controls and finance processes This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to play a key part in a high-profile phase for the business.
