POSITION SUMMARY
Marriott International’s Select Brand portfolio represents a dynamic collection of upper-midscale, upscale and longer stay hotels designed to deliver smart, streamlined experiences for today’s modern traveler. These brands—including in EMEA AC Hotels, Aloft Hotels, Moxy, Element by Westin, Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield by Marriot, Four Points by Sheraton, Protea Hotels by Marriott - combine functional design with thoughtful brand programming, offering consistent quality and value across global markets. With a focus on innovation, efficiency, and guest-centric service, the Select Brands cater to both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and style without compromise.
For the EMEA Select Brands portfolio, the Senior Manager will play a key role on the team with a focus on brand management, including brand culture, end-to-end experience and openings, working closely with the Director Select Brands + Manager Select Brands, EMEA and reporting directly to the Sr. Director Select brands, EMEA. This role includes a strong and constant interdisciplinary workstream, collaborating with continent stakeholders from and not limited to L&D, Operations, F&B, Openings & Transitions, Global Design and Commercial Services teams.
The core responsibilities for the position include:
1. ITR – Drives the end-to-end guest experience for the Select Brands to ensure brand programing, brand standards and proof points are aligned with select segment and drives positive guest satisfaction.
2. Brand Culture – Drives key initiatives and projects supporting associate’s engagement and brand talent & culture programs for portfolio of select brands in EMEA; oversees brand immersions. brand management communication plans and GMs webinars schedule.
3. Brand Management Plans – In conjunction with other Select Brands Team members, plans and executes impactful brand management plans and budgets for portfolio of select brands in EMEA.
4. Growth – Supports MSB openings and Continent efforts for driving the growth of MSB portfolio by working closely with Sr. Director and Director, Select Brands, L&D, Pre-opening and development marketing teams.

CANDIDATE PROFILE - KEY TALENTS AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED
30. Lodging industry experience is strongly preferred.
31. Prior brand management experience required.
32. Experience partnering with global brand management and marketing teams is strongly preferred.
33. Experience managing brands is strongly preferred.
34. Proven track record working with senior executives in a consultative manner.
35. Experience of dealing with hotel owners and investors.
36. Consistent track record of advancing business direction and strategies.
37. Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presenting skills. Very strong communication and collaboration skills with all levels of the organization.
38. Ability to handle the complexities of working with owners and key stakeholders.
39. Strong team player and ability to foster relationships and collaborate across disciplines
