Offer description

We are looking to recruit a Facilities and Cleaning Officer to join our team at Morehall Primary. The successful candidate will be responsible for locking the school and making all safety checks at the end of the day. Duties will include ad-hoc repairs to the school building and grounds. Inspecting and patrolling the school building and grounds as well as carrying out cleaning duties. This will involve mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins, cleaning corridors, toilet areas and all related duties. You will also be required to move furniture and use heavy duty cleaning equipment. You must have a can-do attitude and work well in a team. Previous industrial cleaning essential.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Experience of facilities and operational functions (desirabe)

Experience of working with, or willing to be trained in the use of Computer Assisted Facilities Management Software (CAPM) (Essential)

Full UK Driving Licence (Desirable)

Own Transport (Desirable)

22.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday 14:00 - 18:30

Term Time + 4 additional weeks (42 weeks per year)
