A fast-growing international manufacturer is seeking a Sales & Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) Lead to lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply, and inventory.
You'll drive alignment between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, optimising stock levels and ensuring product availability as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and improve the monthly SIOP cycle
* Collaborate cross-functionally to develop accurate demand forecasts
* Balance supply planning with production capacity and inventory targets
* Drive inventory optimisation and service level improvements
* Produce KPIs, dashboards, and planning reports
* Lead SIOP meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
The successful SIOP Lead will: -
* Proven SIOP/S&OP or supply chain experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
* Strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills
* ERP/MRP system knowledge
