We are hiring a Logistics & Operations Supervisor to join our Supply Chain team in the UK!

In this role, you’ll be at the center of our European logistics network—managing intercompany shipments between production sites and warehouses, and ensuring seamless deliveries to dealer locations across multiple countries. This position is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence, while supporting strategic initiatives like multi-stop delivery programs and digital transformation projects. Are you a transport planning pro? You’ll coordinate intercompany shipments across European warehouses and production sites, as well as direct deliveries to dealer locations across Europe and the UK.
Do you excel at operational alignment? Collaborate with internal teams to forecast transport needs, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure schedules meet customer expectations.
Develop strong partnerships with external logistics providers and internal stakeholders to support long-term success.
Act as the senior logistics representative on-site in the UK, mentor junior staff, and oversee temporary support when needed.
Monitor KPIs like lead times and delivery accuracy, implement process enhancements, and support digital transformation initiatives.
3–5 years of experience in transport planning, logistics coordination, and operations supervision/management
~ Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
~ Experience with intercompany or international transport (preferred)
~ Proficiency in MS Office; English fluency required; French or Dutch preferred
