Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add an experienced recruiter to their London team, focused specifically on IT Change & Transformation within the insurance market — one of the most active and in-demand areas of hiring in financial services right now.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to step into a genuinely warm desk backed by three decades of established client relationships. You won't be starting from scratch. You'll inherit a network of loyal, repeat-business clients who already know and trust the business, giving you a strong platform to bill from day one.
The IT Change & Transformation space within insurance is experiencing sustained demand, driven by digital modernisation, regulatory change, and core systems overhaul across the Lloyd's and London Market, global carriers, and specialist insurers. What You'll Be Doing
1. Managing and developing a portfolio of existing client relationships across the insurance sector
2. Winning new business and expanding the firm's footprint within IT Change & Transformation
3. Sourcing and placing specialist technology and change professionals into permanent and contract roles
4. Advising clients on market conditions, talent availability, and competitive compensation benchmarks
5. Building and maintaining a strong candidate network across the IT Change & Transformation community
6. Working closely with a collaborative, experienced team in a well-resourced London office

7. Proven experience in a recruitment consultancy, ideally within IT, Change, or Technology markets
8. Knowledge of or exposure to the insurance or broader financial services sector is a strong advantage
9. A track record of managing client relationships and generating consistent billings
10. Confident, credible, and commercially minded — someone clients trust as a market expert
11. Resilient and self-motivated, with the drive to maximise the opportunity a warm desk provides
