Be the strategic right-hand and trusted partner to our General Managers At Frasers Property Australia, we don’t just create buildings; we create communities and places of belonging. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner directly with our GM Development (NSW) and GM National Operations. This is a full-time, high-impact role with hybrid work options. The Opportunity This is a true strategic partnership. We are looking for a strategically minded, forward-thinking, proactive professional who acts as a seamless extension of the executive team. In this highly visible position, you will be a key liaison, an ambassador, and the operational anchor for our GMs. You will look beyond immediate tasks to deeply understand the business strategy, actively anticipating what matters most and thoughtfully solving problems before they reach the executive level. What you’ll do Strategic Alignment: Intentionally design and carefully protect executive focus time, ensuring diaries, travel, and workflows are perfectly aligned with broader business goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Help manage competing priorities and represent the executives’ intent and tone accurately across the business. You will foster accountability through collaboration and act as a steady, guiding presence in the executives' absence. Operational Excellence: Oversee overhead cost management, process monthly financial claims, coordinate contract executions, and manage procurement (PO and LSR generation) via SAP. Proactive Anticipation: Stay constantly connected to the pulse of the business, anticipating needs, understanding project movements, and ensuring the GMs are fully prepared for critical forums (including PCGs and funding approvals) well in advance. Communication: Draft clear, concise, and highly professional correspondence, cutting through the noise to deliver well-structured and thoughtful messaging. Continuous Improvement: Champion new systems, embrace technology, and constantly look for ways to optimise business processes and elevate the wider administrative support team. Who you are You take ownership of outcomes, not just actions. You follow through reliably and treat the executives' priorities as your own. You possess sound judgment and political astuteness. You know when to escalate, when to act independently, and how to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion. You bring a calm, quiet focus to a fast-paced environment. Your high emotional intelligence allows you to read the room, adapt to diverse personalities, and stay grounded and composed under pressure. What you’ll bring Extensive, demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant within a complex corporate environment (property background is preferred however not essential) Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
