Are you an experience administrator that likes assisting customers?
Hyde is looking for an Administrator, (Customer Liaison Officer), to join our Property Maintenance team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to manage repair requests that have derived from complaints, across multiple channels including email, phone, and social media.
What you'll do:
* Take ownership of customer complaints relating to repairs, ensuring that they are resolved quickly and efficiently.
* Support customers in diagnosing repairs and scheduling repair appointments.
* Keep accurate records and ensure all information is up to date.
* Undertake admin duties to support the service
* Provide a friendly, professional, and customer-focused service at all times.
What we're looking for:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deal with customers clearly and empathetically.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Competent in Microsoft Office and confident using databases.
* A collaborative approach – someone who can work well with colleagues, contractors, and customers.
