Key Responsibilities
* Cover our nurseries when we need you, being flexible on start and end times.
* Lead our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
* Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
* Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator).
* Relevant safeguarding/child protection training (desirable) and be willing to update that training regularly.
* A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
* A positive, glass‑half‑full outlook.
