Administrator
CCG is one of Scotland’s largest construction and manufacturing groups, and our specialist Asset Management, which is responsible for all new build plumbing requirements and the planned maintenance of occupied homes, is seeking an administrator to join their team based at our Cambuslang HQ.
SALARY: DOE
HOURS: Full time, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm, Friday 8.00am to 3.00pm; with additional hours worked as per project demands
LOCATION: Various projects across central Scotland
STATUS: Permanent – office-based role, no hybrid working
THE ROLE
* Typing minutes and other correspondence
* Support the site team with admin duties
* Update progress reports from the site team and keep the client up to date
* Process maintenance timesheets for payroll
* Call handling from tenants
* Update weekly labour costs for construction and AM sites
* Booking appointments with tenants for access
* Lettering tenants
* Photocopying/scanning and keeping all contract files up to date
* Receiving, logging and distributing site project paperwork
Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office apps
* Good organisational skills to manage demanding workload
* Ability to work effectively on own as well as being part of a team
