Trinity Renovations are conservation contractors actively recruiting a professional, reliable, and hardworking Assistant Site Manager for heritage and conservation work, for a 10-month fixed term position. The project involves the renovation of wooden windows involving specialist joinery work.
The ideal candidate will live in Fulham or Hammersmith and have experience working on conservation and refurbishment projects, managing a small team of joiners, and can safely deliver high-quality projects on time.
The successful applicant must be experienced in working on large sites and have expertise in renovation joinery work. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
This vacancy is based in the Fulham, London area, and will be continuous for 10 months. We offer competitive rates of pay, depending on skills and experience.
Must hold a valid CSCS Card (NVQ)/CIS registered with valid UTR No.
Have a valid DBS enhanced Certificate issued by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
