EYFS SEN Teacher Wanted!
Are you a fantastic Special Education Needs (SEN) teacher filled with dedication and a passion for making a positive impact on the littlest learners? We're actively seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join the team and spark joy in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)!

Role Highlights:
1. Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for our little ones, ensuring tailored learning goals and accommodations are met.
2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, engagement, and social-emotional development.
3. Use a variety of creative teaching strategies, resources, and playful assertive technologies to support diverse learning styles and abilities.
4. Collaborate closely with parents/guardians, EYFS staff, and external professionals to provide comprehensive support and maintain effective communication channels.
5. Monitor our adorable little ones' progress, conduct assessments, and share heartwarming feedback with students and their families.
6. Foster a sense of belonging and empathy among our little explorers, promoting an inclusive and joyful learning community. ️
Requirements:
7. Qualified teacher status and relevant certifications in special education or SEN.
8. Proven experience working with young learners, preferably in an EYFS setting.
9. In-depth knowledge of SEN strategies, interventions, and assessment methods.
10. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with our little explorers, parents, and EYFS colleagues.
11. Patience, empathy, and an authentic passion for supporting the holistic development of our youngest learners with special needs.
12. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the ever-evolving needs of our little stars and the broader educational landscape.
