Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Fareham. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, leading a team of sales professionals, delivering effective presentations, and providing comprehensive reports on sales performance. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer service and alignment with Cura Homecare's service standards.
Qualifications
* Proven sales and business development skills, including negotiation, closing deals, and achieving targets
* Strong team leadership and management abilities, with experience in motivating and guiding a sales team
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
* Strong analytical skills for sales performance reporting and market trend analysis
* Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales management tools
* Knowledge of the property maintenance or facilities management sector is highly desirable
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferable
* A positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work under pressure
