About Our Client

Job Description
3. Owning credit control & sales ledger function across all 5 companies.
4. Chasing outstanding & overdue debts across all companies.
5. Building good relationships with customers and being the key contact for all customers across the group.
6. Raising and sending invoices monthly and liaising with customers and employer's agents.
7. Improving the sales ledger function by instilling strict processes across the group.
8. Acting as a key finance member and working closely with the commercial teams across the Group.
9. Maintain and manage the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accuracy at all times.
10. Monitor outstanding debts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
11. Prepare and send invoices to clients in accordance with company policies.
12. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
13. Communicate with internal departments regarding billing and payment issues.
14. Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status for management review.
15. Assist with credit checks and setting up new client accounts.
16. Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations in all credit control activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
17. Experience in credit control or a similar role within the Accounting & Finance field.
18. Credit Control / Sales Ledger experience
19. Knowledge of the construction industry
20. It would be an advantage if I have these qualifications
21. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Dynamic (Beneficial)
22. Excellent communication
23. Good organisational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
