I’m working with a welcoming and inclusive SEND school in Hounslow, and they are seeking a compassionate, reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. The school works with pupils who have a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, speech and language delays, sensory processing needs, learning difficulties, and SEMH needs. The pupils are curious, capable, and full of potential. What makes the biggest difference for them is structure, understanding, and adults who genuinely care.
