Job Description
We are partnering with a fast-growing automotive manufacturer to recruit a Public Relations Manager to their team.
* Develop and implement long-term public relations strategies, including product communication, corporate PR, MarCom, and cross-functional initiatives. Ensure timely and effective project execution.
* Coordinate with and report to HQ, providing localized PR solutions and evaluations.
* Collaborate with marketing, social media, and influencer teams on ongoing projects and integrated marketing communications (IMC) initiatives.
* Work cross-departmentally with product, network, aftersales, and backend functions.
* Establish and maintain media relations.
* Independently and collaboratively with agencies, manage brand, corporate, and product press releases.
* Handle crisis public relations, participate in managing major company emergencies, and propose crisis management plans.
* Organize PR and media events, as well as small company conferences.
* Conduct project summaries and gather market feedback post-events.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, automotive engineering, economics, or business management.
* Professional Experience: Over 7 years of relevant experience in OEMs and the communication industry.
* Proven ability to establish and maintain strong media relationships.
* Open-minded with a start-up mindset.
* Excellent communication, coordination, planning, and execution skills.
* Strong ability to handle pressure; proactive and innovative.
