Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:15am to 6pm, Fridays from 8:15am to 5:30pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
This is a telephone-based lead generation role, leveraging the LRG client database to source financial services referral opportunities for prospective clients. The role focuses on scheduling and completing mortgage & protection appointments with Mortgage Scout Advisors.
We seek candidates with previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally within a fast-paced or client-facing environment. This role offers a clear career progression pathway to become a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor upon training completion.
Duties include:
* Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other methods to introduce our mortgage services and schedule appointments.
* Coordinate and schedule appointments between clients and mortgage advisors, ensuring all necessary information is collected and communicated, and clients are informed of documentation requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in our CRM system and data sheets.
* Provide high standards of customer service, tailored to each customer's needs.
* Achieve performance KPIs related to appointment bookings, conversions, and product sign-ups.
