Pastoral Leader – Secondary School
Location: Milton Keynes
Start Date: September 2026
Pay Rate: £130–£160 per day
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm (30-minute unpaid break)
Contract: Term Time + 5 INSET Days
We are seeking a committed, resilient and proactive Pastoral Leader to join a thriving secondary school in Milton Keynes from September. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about student wellbeing, behaviour support and pastoral care, and who is committed to helping young people succeed both academically and personally.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students across the school, helping them overcome barriers to learning, make positive choices and achieve their full potential. Working closely with staff, families and external agencies, you will provide targeted intervention and coordinated support to ensure students receive the guidance they need.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
