Salary - Starting from £12.21ph, Dependent on experience and qualifications
Hours to be discussed ideally looking for 8 hours a day hours per week
Qualification - Ideally hold a level 2 or above in Childcare can look at Unqualified with experience.
Hi, I'm Sophie, the Nursery Manager at Newark Nursery.
With 10 years of experience in early years education, I began my career as an apprentice and have proudly managed our nursery for the past 6 years. I feel incredibly lucky to lead such a dedicated and passionate team who ensure every child has the opportunity to grow, develop, and thrive in our care.
Our nursery is a true home-from-home, with warm, welcoming spaces filled with natural resources that ignite curiosity and inspire a love of learning. Outside, our large garden is a hub of adventure and imagination—featuring a fort, castle, and digger world, offering endless opportunities for play and discovery.
With spacious, thoughtfully designed environments, we provide the perfect setting for children to learn, play, and flourish every day.
About you
You enjoy supporting and encouraging the natural curiosity and excitement of young children and were born to teach and shape the future of our younger generations.
What you'll be doing
You'll be helping to provide cover for the children as and when needed. This could be for periods of holiday, sickness, or even vacancy gaps. Sometimes you'll support for a full day, or it may just be a morning or afternoon session.
