 
        Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Contract Manager (Offshore Wind) Location: City of London We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Contract Manager to join a high-profile offshore wind project. This role is critical to the successful commercial and contractual execution of the project, with a strong emphasis on cost control, contract administration, and claim management. Key Qualifications: RICS certification is mandatory Degree in a commercial discipline, engineering, or equivalent Proven experience in quantity surveying and contract management, preferably in the offshore wind industry or similar energy infrastructure projects Extensive knowledge of contract change management and claim management, particularly under FIDIC, BIMCO, and LOGIC contracts Key Responsibilities: Monitor and report on package budget, cost control, and documentation for the cost-plus scope Process contractor payments; perform SAP operations as needed for cost control Proactively manage contracts to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and budget alignment Advise on and manage variation requests and contractual notices from contractors Ensure all contractual changes, claims, and scope amendments are up-to-date and enforced Monitor and report on contract performance; draft claim-related correspondence including instructions, determinations, notices, variation orders, and employer’s claims Support the preparation and documentation for potential disputes Provide commercial and contractual advice to stakeholders across the project Contribute to continuous improvement processes for contract standards Report regularly to Contract Management and Project leadership on commercial progress and performance
